Yes, the Raya Speed Ring for SDR-400 Alpha Monolight is the Bowens S mount. So you can attach to that speedring the Raya Reflector Adapter for Speedlight.

What is the diameter of the hole where you will insert the monolight?

The outside diameter of the ring it's 98 mm and the inside diameter it's 95 mm. I just notice in the last photoshot than the ring gets a lot of heat from 150w modeling lamp bulb of the raya 400w strobes, consider that, my solution to the problem was just get bulb extenders connections to put distance between the ring and the bulb. Regards

Will this speedring fit other soft boxes and octoboxes besides the SDR-400 Alpha moonlight?

The speedring uses Bowens-S mount, so you can use it in different lights or strobes with same mount. but use different soft and octoboxes in this ring.... i don't think so. or maybe yes, if you're lucky with the kind of softbox. maybe someone can have a better answer.
