I have the 30mm f1.8 projection lens and it is fantastic. I use the Dedolight Dp.1 to replace the lens turret on a Profoto Small Spot and this makes a brilliant combination. The power of Profoto flash with the sharpness, focus ability and accessories of the Dedolight attachments make it extremely versatile. The 30mm lens option makes it possible to shoot wide projections without moving the flash far from the model.
This lens does fit the dp1.1. However, you will need to remove the middle collar from the dp1.1 for it to fit. The lens pictured for this product on this site is incorrect. It is larger and flares out in front with a large front element. It does an excellent job covering a large area with the light close to your subject. My only complaint is that I wish the body of the lens was longer so it could be adjusted more within the sleeve. I often use Gobos out of focus and this is harder to do with this particular lens.
