The PEX-500 from Lindell Audio is a mono/stereo transformer coupled Passive Pultec EQ plug-in based on the company's hardware 500 module. The original hardware EQ is an all discrete design based around their hybrid amplifier.
The EQ section references the classic Pultec design and delivers 15 dB of gain for smooth high end and deep, punchy bass. The plug-in adds additional high frequency values, and a stereo mid/side matrix.
