The MCLRTRS from Lectrosonics is an 20" audio patch cord with a TA3F (mini XLR) on one end and a standard 1/8" (3.5mm) TRS (stereo) mini plug on the other end. It is designed for use with LR series receivers, and also works with SR series receivers with the SREXT adapter installed. It can be used for audio applications such as DSLR cameras, recorders, and more. Pin 2 of the TA3 connector feeds the tip and ring connections on the mini plug so both channels of a stereo recorder receive audio.

Lectrosonics MCLRTRS Reviews
Not recommended for L Series Receiver

After multiple phone calls with Lectrosonics and trying a dozen different cable types this specific cable did not send a correct signal to either GH5 or Atomos Inferno. The gain had to be maxed out to get a signal and ended up with a very noisy signal. I recommend BH# LASDAUD501 or BH# SOXL3.
