This lithium-ion polymer battery offers up to 360 high-speed flashes per charge, requires 2.5 hours to reach a full charge, and has been tested for at least 400 recharge cycles. The battery pack's design allows swapping batteries during shooting, and is well-suited to use as either a spare or replacement power source for extended working sessions.
