Built to withstand the rigors of the trail, the Konus 8x42 Emperor OH Binoculars feature a textured rubber armored exterior and nitrogen-filled optical tubes to give them a slip-resistant grip with water and fogproof performance. Their open-bridge configuration reduces the weight without sacrificing strength while giving the hand a larger gripping surface.
Complementing the sturdy build is a 65° wide-angle field of view. The Emperor has anti-reflection fully multicoated optics and phase-corrected BAK4 roof prisms that produce bright and clear high-contrast views with true color rendition. The larger objectives increase the light-gathering ability for use at dawn and dusk or in areas with a thick canopy.
