Meridian Technologies ST-1W/1F Overview

The DigiSlim ST-1W/1F-2 1-Ch Video with Return RS-422 Data Channel Multimode Transmitter Card from Meridian Technologies incorporates digital encoding technology. This fiber-optic module transmits one real-time, simplex 10-bit video channel and one return RS-422, Manchester, bi-phase data channel.

The ST-1W/1F-Multimode is fully compatible with PC based SpectraSmart Network Management & Diagnostic Software System. SpectraSmart supervises the operating parameters of the transmission system such as the status on video levels, sync, digital carrier detect, voltages, temperatures, optical levels etc. Standard 3-pin terminal blocks are used for easy connection of the data channel interface. NTSC, PAL and SECAM video formats are all seamlessly supported.
