The DigiSlim ST-2A2D/2D-2 Audio and Bidirectional Data System Card from Meridian Technologies receives two channels of bidirectional RS-232 data and two channels of audio (600 ohms, balanced) over a single multimode fiber, when used with the DigiSlim SR-2A2D/2D-2 Transmitter Card. The receiver's card type design allows for easy configuration of the system. It can be installed in Meridian card / desk chassis, and 19" racking frames. The system can be configured in either star (module-to-rack) or trunking (rack-to-rack) configurations. This receiver can be converted to a standalone module with the separately available SR-500 1-Slot Desk / Wall Mount Chassis (12 to 24 VAC).
