    Yongnuo RF-603II N1 reviews

RF-603N II Wireless Flash Trigger Kit for Nikon 10-Pin Connection is rated 4.5 out of 5 by 24.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome! I bought these triggers to replace my PocketWizard remote triggers. I thought no big deal if they don't work very well. They were cheap, so it would be an inexpensive mistake. I always try to use the flash off-camera, so usually need to add my Pocket Wizard transceivers, now these triggers. I thought I'd try these Yongnuo RF-603N II's because they're much less expensive than the PocketWizards, they can be used to trigger flashes and remote trigger the camera AT THE SAME TIME, and the reviews have been very encouraging. THEY WORK GREAT! They TOTALLY exceeded my expectations. I'll be buying more triggers and other Yongnuo equipment, definitely!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from amazing and inexpensive I use these transceivers to allow me to use my sb800 in manual mode off on a light stand with an umbrella for portraits. I have a Calumet system ( one transmitter and two receivers) that gave me no back up I purchased two RF-603N II Remote Flash Trigger Kits. I like them because they are either receivers or transmitters. Now I have back up units. They worked great out of the box. They attach to the camera and to light stand easily and hold a flash securely. They work perfectly. Just make sure the unit wakes the flash you can miss a photo once and a while. I haven't used them to fire a camera.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Absolutely brilliant First off, I haven't used this to trigger a third-party flash as I am fully invested in a Yongnuo setup of 3 YN-560 IV's and a 560-TX. I use this to trigger my Nikon D700 using the attached cord and either the second RF-603N II or the 560-TX. I personally love wireless shutter releases vs corded ones and find this to be perfect with the ability to half-press and full-press. There is no slide function for long exposures, but you can still hold the shutter button for bulb exposures or for continuous shooting. I use mine for product photography to fire all of the above at once. I highly recommend this over Nikon's or other brand's shutter releases unless you specifically need their extra features.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works Great This product works much better than a previous radio release I had. Works through doors and windows and has never failed to fire. I use it as a remote release to photograph bird's nests and birds on feeder. When using a shoe mounted flash on top of the receiver, the flash will only work in manual. I solved this by just letting the receiver hang and then mounted my flash or wireless flash controller in the hot shoe. I will mount the receiver on an L-Bracket and the flash controller on the hot shoe. I have several Yongnuo products and they all seem to work well. I

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Work great for the price... They work as advertised, a trigger with focus control... They are sensitive... takes a little practice for just one shutter operation if you use to trigger the camera. Work great for triggering speedlights(much like Commander mode). Good quality build for the price. Nice compact size.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice basic remote trigger! Works well with a D500 and as advertised. Was able to use a remote flash and remote trigger with the cable.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Must continually depress button to keep shutter open I can't speak to their uses as a flash trigger. I have only used them as a remote trigger system for my camera. These seem solidly built. The only concern is that you have to continually hold the button down to keep the shutter open for long exposures. This can be a deal breaker for when you are keeping the shutter open for extended periods and they become impossible to use if you have to zoom while the shutter is open. (Yes, I need that for certain shots)

Rated 2 out of 5 by from So So I got these to use a cheap way to sync two flashes in manual mode. They fire every time, but the flash is inconsistent. While flash is at a reduced power it will still often fire at varying powers if flash is awoke from a sleep mode. Units do work fantastic as a camera remote device, trigger camera every time without an issue. I can't trust unit to control flash output reliably. Great for camera remote, no so much for flash trigger.
