Similar to the E12, the FiiO E12A Mont Blanc IEM Special Edition Portable Headphone Amp is a portable, rechargeable headphone amplifier for use with a laptop, tablet or smartphone. It's designed to provide a higher power, superior sounding headphone amp than your computer or portable device alone.
The E12A Mont Blanc uses a MUSES02 and LME49600 op-amp combo for low-distortion audio reproduction. Another difference is that it has metal film resistors, designed to yield minimum noise and optimal channel balance. The E12A is rechargeable, with intuitive controls and an aluminum alloy chassis.
