Meridian Technologies DXA-2V2A2D Overview

The DigiFlex DXA-2V2A2D-5 Bidirectional 2-Channel 8-Bit NTSC/PAL Video, 2-Channel Balanced Audio, and 2-Channel RS-232 Data Transceiver Card from Meridian Technologies transmits and receives two channels of bidirectional 8-bit, 7 MHz NTSC/PAL video, two channels of bidirectional balanced audio (6 ohms), and two channels of bidirectional RS-232 data over a single singlemode fiber. For proper operation, it is necessary to pair this card with the DXB-2V2A2D-5 Side B Transceiver Card.

The transceiver's card type design allows for easy configuration of the system. It can be installed in Meridian's card / desk chassis and 19" racking frames. The system can be configured in either star (module-to-rack) or trunking (rack-to-rack) configurations. It can be made into a standalone module by using the SR-1000 2-Slot Desk / Wall Mount Chassis (87 to 264 VAC).
