The Lanparte Double Handle DSLR Camera Rig Kit is a 15mm-rod shoulder-mount solution for DSLRs or mirrorless cameras and comes complete with a clamp-on follow focus and a quick-release baseplate. The baseplate includes a pair of 11.8" 15mm rods to support the follow focus and two handles with non-slip rubberized grips. To complete the shoulder-mounted system, a shoulder support with 7.9" 15mm rods is included, which attaches to the rear of the rig using an offset clamp. The offset design places your camera's rear LCD screen in front of your eyes for easier viewing while shooting.

Will this work with the Blackmagic Cinema Camera?
The BMCC offers a 1/4-20 threading on the underside of the camera body for mounting. The Lanparte rig offers that 1/4-20 screw on the base plate for mounting camera systems. You can use both products together.

Can I mount my A7s on this?
You should have no problem putting an A7S on this rig. It is a universal rig that can work with a variety of DSLR and Mirrorless style cameras.

Has anyone flown a lighter RED/Alexa Mini on this? Wondering if it would work for the new RED Weapon series (RAVEN or SCARLET-W)
This rig as shown is off-set from the shoulder and thus puts the camera directly in front of the operator's face. This is what you want if you are using the rear screen of a DSLR to operate with. However, the camera's you mention all rely on a top or side monitors or viewfinders. I would suggest going with something like the Lanparte Starter DSLR Camera Rig Kit. It should work. Another is the ikan Elements Plus Shoulder Rig with Follow Focus.

Does this rig have the option of counter weight attachment and/or need counterweigth?
Yes you can use counterweight on it. Search CW-01 at B&H site for further information. Also you can consider using the VBP-01 with Vmount battery in the back which not only work as a counterweight, but also power upoint your camera and accessories continuously through different voltage outputs. Search VBP-01 & VB-150 for this powering solution that is highly recommended
