This Rosette Handgrip pair from Lanparte enables two-handed support with any camera, baseplate, or accessory with ARRI standard rosettes. Each handle features a non-slip rubber grip and a short extension arm that lets you position the handle at the desired height and angle.
I originally bought a set of yellow Ikan handles which fell apart within two weeks of heavy reality shooting. I returned them and swapped them out for these Lampart handles which turned out to be amazing - very strong, comfortable and won't slip. I highly recommend.
Works great in the traditional setup as an over the shoulder option, but can also be setup to be used as a turret. See pic below. All the is required is to place the attachment hub directly under the rig's center of gravity and you have a pretty neat narrative tool.
