Another power solution for Nikon

Good product but you need watch out when shooting outside, dirt may find a way through the battery compartment. Sure the camera comes with groove for the battery cord to go through by moving the rudder protector. That little gap there may be enough for the dirt to go through. I've decided to use this setup only indoors .

Does the plug accept 12v input? So if you had a portable power bank you could get usb to this plug?

At this time the one power source we can recommend is this one, the Lanparte E15 Portable Battery with EN-EL15 Adapter. It is a 12 v supply. We do not know if the power is regulated or not.

Both cameras use the EN-EL15 battery system. This adapter should work with both.

It does not regulate the voltage passing through, so you'll need to use our power source or others that are specifically designed for cameras.
