Great screw, but didn't come with pair

I read the other reviews that stated only one screw came with this order, not the pair as listed. I risked it and had the EXACT same thing happen. I called customer service and had the missing screw sent to me free of charge about a week later. For $$it's a great deal, just plan on having to contact the company and wait a week to get the other screw.
Poor machining on threads

The threads on one of the of the extension screws were machined slightly off because it wouldn't screw into my existing rods (Chrosziel). However, one of the screws that was sent did work fine. To avoid any more hassle I returned the Lanparte screws and rods and ordered Chrosziel rods -- which were twice as expensive but worked great.
