The DigiSlim FXB-2A-2 2-Channel Bidirectional Audio System Card from Meridian Technologies transmits and receives two channels of bidirectional audio (600 ohms, balanced) over a single multimode fiber, when used with the DigiSlim FXA-2A-2 Transceiver Card. For proper operation, it is necessary to pair this card with the FXA-2A-2 Transceiver Card.
The transceiver card can be installed in Meridian desk chassis or 19" racking frames. The system can be configured in either star (module-to-rack) or trunking (rack-to-rack) configurations. The transceiver card can be converted to a standalone module with the separately available SR-500 1-Slot Desk / Wall mount chassis (12 to 24 VAC).
