Is this camera good for digi scoping?

Is this camera good for digi scoping?
Asked by: Ronald
"Digiscoping" with a mirrorless camera body can be successfully performed with a normal lens to short tele-lens aligned with a spotting scope's eye-piece lens. The spotting scope needs to be mounted on a tripod for best results. Hand holding the camera, with the lens centered over the object lens is OK - as long as the axis (center line) of both lenses are centered. The best arrangement is to use a "ring-coupling" device to fix the camera lens to the rim of the spotting scope's eye-piece.

Will pictures be full frame when using Sony EPZ 18-200mm lens w/ A7 II full frame camera beside reduced image quality?
Asked by: PhuongMai
No, the Sony E PZ 18-200mm f/3.5-6.3 OSS Lens is an APS-C lens, and so it will crop the image when used on the Sony a7 II Mirrorless Camera. There will be a 1.5 crop when using this combination.
