The black TCS-152 Arrayable 2 Way 15" Full Range Loudspeaker from Turbosound is a switchable bi-amp/passive two way full range loudspeaker designed for use in a wide range of fixed installations. The TCS-152 incorporates a 15" low frequency driver and a 1.4" neodymium high frequency compression driver loaded by a rotatable dendritic waveguide providing a dispersion of 90° x 60° HF horn pattern in an optimally tuned enclosure. These high grade components are matched with an internal passive crossover, which can be by-passed for fully bi-amped operation.
The cabinet is constructed from 5/8" birch plywood, with a powder coated perforated steel mesh grille backed with reticulated foam. The trapezoidal cabinet shape conveniently allows the TCS-152 to be tight packed with other TCS series enclosures. Multiple rigging points, supported by internal steel flying strips, are provided on the top, bottom, sides, and rear of the cabinet to enable it to be suspended and angled in permanent installations using M10 shoulder eyebolts. The TCS-152 is also fitted with internal rigging points for use with Turbosound and OmniMount wall and ceiling brackets (sold separately).
A Neutrik speakON NL4 speaker connector located on the rear panel is wired in parallel with a four-way barrier strip providing input and link-through connections to additional TCS series cabinets. The cabinet is finished in durable black semi-matt textured paint.
