will it fit into a smallhd focus 5 monitor?
It will not fit the focus5 monitor. I use it with it but I had to cut some plastic with a knife to make it fit.

Does it's works with the Sony a7III and Ninja V?
It's not product specific. If you have mini-HDMI on one end and standard HDMI on the other, it should work. I am using it with a Fuji XT-20 to an Atomos Ninja Blade.

Will this work with the Canon R5/R6 and the Atomos Ninja/Shogun monitors?
I use it with a Fuji X body and an Atomos Ninja Blade. The models shouldn't matter though. As long as one end is mini HDMI and the other is full size HDMI, it should work just fine.

question
Also, specifically, can this do full 4K with all the detail, color, and bandwidth I need for a Atomos Shogun Inferno? Using perhaps a GH4?
Hello Stephen D, yes and maybe, yes for the full 4k@60 maybe for the GH4. the Camera itself has to be capable of doing so, i don't believe the GH4 has an HDMI 2.0 output.

question
What is the difference between this HDMI cable and this one I linked here, and does it functionally do anything different besides being better built or what not? http://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/1250774-REG/atomos_atom4k60c2_hdmi_type_a_male_to.html
Helo Stephen D, currently the new HDMI 2.0a cables are not release however the main differences are the new model is HDMI 2.0a whereas the older model is 1.4. the 2.0's will be able to pass through 4k@60, the 1.4's cannot.
