This B&H Kit combines the Polsen IAI-500 iOS Audio Interface and the Audio-Technica AT2020 Cardioid Condenser Microphone with a pop filter, XLR cable, and headphones to create an all-in-one recording solution for producers using iOS devices. The IAI-500 provides a variety of recording options for your iOS device and features an XLR input with selectable phantom power and adjustable input level, as well as a 1/4" instrument input for DI recording of your guitar or bass. It connects to your iOS device directly via its 1/8" input, allowing it to work with a variety of recording apps.
The AT2020 is intended for vocal and general instrument capturing in project and professional studio environments. The capsule features a 16mm low-mass, side-address diaphragm with a cardioid polar pattern. The on-microphone pop screen is designed to eliminate vocal plosives and prevent moisture from reaching the microphone without the need for connecting a gooseneck to your mic stand. The studio-quality XLR microphone cable is engineered to be both quiet and durable, and is well-suited for critical recording and broadcast situations, while the closed-back designed headphones provide increased isolation while tracking or monitoring and feature a frequency response of 18 Hz to 22 kHz for accurate reproduction of your audio.
