The Brickcom FB-200NP-V4 2MP Full HD D/N Indoor Fixed Box Network Camera with PoE features a high-performance 1/2.8” Sony Exmor CMOS sensor and 533 MHz CPU that make it capable of recording in up to 1920 x 1080 at 30 fps. The camera features a built-in removable IR-cut filter that allows it to capture color images in illumination levels as low as 0.002 lux and in B&W down to 0.001 lux. It is designed to be used with CS-mount lenses (not included).
With features such as motion detection and Intelligent Video Analytics, this box camera is suitable for applications such as object tracking, people counting, and forbidden region alarm. It supports MPEG-4 and MJPEG formats and can also transmit video using the H.264 compression format, which reduces bandwidth and storage requirements without compromising image quality.
The camera allows local storage via an internal microSD/SDHC memory card slot (card not included) that helps prevent data loss when the data connection is lost. The EasyLink feature allows users to easily view the live feed from virtually anywhere through an Internet browser or on portable 3G devices. It can also transmit the video to portable devices through technologies such as WiMax, NAS, Digital Frame, and Power-line.
Support for Power over Ethernet enables the camera to receive power through the data/network cable itself, thus simplifying installation by eliminating the need for a separate power supply and associated wiring. The included EasyConfig installation software further simplifies installation.
