question
How do I sync all three flash-heads each with individual sync cord to one SLR camera ?
Each one of these flash heads has an optical slave unit built in. When one of the flash heads is connected to the camera with a sync cord, the other two will fire as long as they're in line of sight.

How does the sync cord connect? I have an older Nikon D3100 DSLR. Can I use the flash on my camera to trigger the optical slaves?
To connect these strobes to a Nikon D3100, you would need an adapter such as the Nikon AS-15 Sync Terminal Adapter (Hot Shoe to PC) B&H # NIAS15, which accepts a sync cable in front. https://bhpho.to/2j2xq0e
