With the 1TB Canvio AeroCast Wireless Portable Hard Drive from Toshiba you can store and access your files nearly anywhere you go from both iOS and Android mobile devices and computers running either Mac or Windows. The Canvio AeroCast features a single USB 3.0 port supporting data transfer rates of up to 5 Gb/s and 802.11b/g/n wireless connectivity supporting data transfer rates of up to 150 Mb/s. The wireless connection can be accessed by up to six separate users simultaneously. You can also insert an SD memory card into the dedicated card slot to access and transfer files to and from the card.
If you would like to show off your pictures, videos, and other content to the entire group you can connect the Canvio AeroCast to the nearly any TV. This feature requires the Google Chromecast (sold separately) and the downloadable Google Cast Ready app. Along with the ability to stream to the TV, you can also utilize the Internet pass-through mode to simultaneously access the Canvio AeroCast and the web (via a separate wireless router).
