The V-Mount Plate from Core SWX is designed for the AJA CION camera. It includes a 2-pin Amphenol connector needed to power the camera as well as screw hardware for proper attachment. In addition, the CION mount plate includes two unregulated D-tap ports to power 12V accessories. The plate will work with all V-mount battery packs.

I got this and unwittingly misplaced a part and thought the plate didn't fit the camera. Customer service was very patient and very responsive when I was trying to figure out what was wrong. Now the unit is perfect and I would give Core SWX 6 stars out of 5 for customer service.
