The Kaiser KR 90 Ring Light (B&H # KAKR90) may be mounted directly to a lens with a 77mm filter thread. The Kaiser KR 90 Ring Light also includes adapter rings that would allow you to connect the ring light to smaller lenses that have filter thread sizes between 52mm - 72mm.

The specs state the battery is interchangeable but there are screws holding the case on. Please confirm if the batter can be removed?
Not interchangeable. Battery is in-built Li-Ion. Though if you could source the correct part you might be able to do it yourself though this would void the warranty. I haven't opened mine to check.

The light could be gelled with a 3/4 CTO gel to bring the color temp down to 3200.

While the spectral response is not listed, natural daylight would have a CIE Ra value of 100, which would be the highest possible CRI rating available. According to Kaiser, the Kaiser KR 90 Ring Light has a CRI value of 94. Typically, a CRI value of 90 or higher would be considered good performance, so the Kaiser KR 90 Ring Light with a CRI of 94 and a daylight balance of 5500K should work for your planned usage needs.
