This display also combines Wacom's advanced, pressure-sensitive pen technology with intuitive, multi-touch gestures to deliver an innovative on-screen creation experience.

Customize settings and shortcuts for your favorite applications with the ExpressKeys and Touch Ring located on the included ExpressKey Remote. The included Wacom Pro Pen supports up to 2,048 levels of pressure sensitivity and a resolution of 5,080 lines per inch. This display is compatible with both Mac and Windows operating systems.

    Wacom 27QHD reviews

    DTH2700 Cintiq 27QHD 27" Creative Pen & Touch Display is rated 4.4 out of 5 by 9.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Much better than all previous cintiques You will need the stand to use this effectively, or a table that allows you to tilt it (drafting table?). The default legs will not elevate it much, and leave your back hurting due to bending over it. Another solution may be to build something to prop up the back (simple ramp made out of 2x4s and plywood would do fine). You could try an articulating arm but it will wobble a lot and probably not be good. It's enormous, and with the stand, it's even more so. The remote is nice, but there is no way you can use it to substitute a keyboard. the left/right sides of the display are magnetic, but nowhere else (which is used to hold the remote). I would suggest getting an under the desk keyboard tray if using it with the ergo stand, so that you can have a keyboard/mouse/3d pivot device and spot to put your pens while using it. All wacom series 2 pens are compatible, so that's good (art pen, airbrush, etc). The front of the display is glass with a matte coating, not plastic. You will want to be careful with it, being glass, it could chip/crack if impacted a lot easier than plastic. The clarity of the display is much better than previous cintiq models. It's not hazy, and the colors are good and accurate. It also supports 30 bit over display port for color providing you have a pro card and supporting application. You will probably want to use the cintiq display driver config to adjust the colors/warmth (the default settings are terrible, and text is a bit blurry with the default driver, but with the new driver display quality is much improved). The viewing angle sucks (left/right). I would not like to use this as my primary monitor. When working on it up close it's quite good, but if you offset yourself to one side of the display and back up, the other side will not be clearly visible. Since it's IPS you get good color from all angles, but due to the glass screen and whatnot, the display blurs at angles. Some people have complained about dead pixels, or stuck pixels, but I've not experienced any. Also, some people have had problems with the remote not functioning properly, or the pen and remote randomly not working properly. This seems to be a driver issue, and the current drivers have mostly fixed this problem. Every few hours my pen my stop working, but I just have to pick it up and touch the display again to get it working again. This used to happen every 15 minutes or so with previous drivers. One other issue is that when used over display port, it may not be automatically selected as the primary pen/touch display, so even after calibrating it, you will have to go into calibration and select it as the primary touch/pen display (in windows). Probably will only be a problem if you turn it on only when needed rather than using it as a primary display. The pen performance is good. There is a bit of parallax, but it's not too annoying. You only get 4 points of calibration in windows due to the wacom driver. At least, I've not found a way to add more points. The cursor is pretty accurate, though sometimes if you hold the pen still it may jump a pixel back and fourth due to EM interference in the display. It's also a bit delayed when making strokes compared to something like an Intuos tablet. This is again, due to EM interference in the display. The USB ports are garbage for the most part, only working when you have the device powered on. They're also on the sides of the tablet, which is a stupid place, as they will obstruct other displays, or your hands when using the device. A better placement would have been to put the ports under the tablet or out the back. They may work for some people, but I would never use them. If you really NEED usb ports, just get a cheap powered hub.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome Touch Screen Display The 27QHD is the largest touch screen display with high resolution on the market. Great to edit PDF files with BlueBeam Revu. I'm loving my new addition to compliment my quad display CAD setup. Also my daughter is loving Corel Painter 2016 with it.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Best Cintiq available, but don't bother buying Touch feature I made a video review of this product and my setup. I'm really happy with it, but the touch feature doesn't work well. I ended up just turning it off. Don't waste your money on that and but the Cintiq 27qhd WITHOUT touch functionality. Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not as refined as 13 version If you're looking for the current best Cintiq and can handle the admittedly huge downsize, the 13 1920x1080 model is much better. I ended up returning this because the parallax and pen lag are much worse than the 13. Parallax for sure because I measured it. Pen lag, I'm almost certain but it might be because the larger screen just encourages larger faster strokes. The screen itself is okay although still has some fuzziness from what I assume is a matte layer. Color reproduction and viewing angles worse than my other 27 monitor, theAcer XB271HU after calibrating with a colormunki. Finally, the issues with Wacom drivers. Pen sometimes losing sensitivity so any input is at 100%. Palm rejection randomly not working... Touch control moving to other monitor after every computer reset... It's a gorgeous device and the remote is very nice. But I can't justify the price tag with all the issues. It's just not enjoyable to use.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Glad I stepped up for the touch! Makes everything much more fun while designing than without the touch feature like I had previously. Worth every penny. Also get the stand to change up your seating positions. (you can even bring it up high to stand while creating).

Rated 5 out of 5 by from EXCELLENT The monitor definitely meets my expectations. Clear, sharp images that are color correct. I use this for photo work and found my 21ux was no longer meeting my needs, so I decided to upgrade. Bought the stand and monitor - easy assembly and was up and running in about two hours. So far, find that the angles available with the stand are improvement over locked positions of 21ux; the larger image makes small changes easier; lastly the stand is extremely solid and highly recommended.
