This B&H Kit combines the Lexar Professional Workflow HR1 Hub with the Lexar Professional Workflow CFR1 Card Reader for CompactFlash Cards and the Lexar Professional Workflow 512GB Data Storage Drive. This kit is designed for those who want to transfer content from CompactFlash memory cards to their Windows or Mac compatible system. Additionally, the included 512GB Data Storage Drive, which can be used independently or installed in the HR1 Hub, provides a convenient place to store transferred files. While this kit is designed to take advantage of USB 3.0 transfer speeds, it is also backwards compatible with USB 2.0.
The Lexar Professional Workflow HR1 Hub enables quick, USB 3.0 file transfers from up to four memory cards at once. The easily configurable hub lets you install a variety of card reader types based on your needs; you can install four of the same or any combination of SDHC/SDXC, CompactFlash, CFast 2.0, or XQD card readers.
The Lexar USB 3.0 CFR1 CompactFlash card reader included in this kit fits in one of the HR1's four bays, and you can install additional Lexar card readers or storage drives in the other three bays. The card reader also works independently, without the hub, using the included USB 3.0 cable. The CFR1 card reader is compatible with CompactFlash UDMA 7 memory cards and it supports USB 3.0 transfer speeds up to 5 Gb/s.
The Lexar Professional Workflow 512GB Data Storage Drive can be used independently or it can be installed in the HR1 hub to provide a convenient location to store transferred files. The USB 3.0 drive provides read transfer speeds up to 450 MB/s and write transfer speeds up to 245 MB/s. LED capacity indicators display the available storage space at a glance.
While this kit includes only a CompactFlash card reader, SDHC/SDXC, CFast 2.0, and XQD card readers compatible with the HR1 hub are sold separately.
