The MOTIV MV51 from Shure is a large-diaphragm (1" / 25mm) condenser microphone designed for plug-and-play digital recording with seamless Mac, PC, Android, and iOS integration. The professional quality microphone offers 24-bit / 48 kHz resolution with a frequency response of 20 Hz to 20 kHz and features a touch panel control with a dedicated mute switch, gain & volume control, and five DSP modes. Each DSP preset offers a different combination of EQ and compression and includes choices for speech, singing, acoustic, loud, and flat. The unit also features a 1/8" / 3.5mm headphone output. The all metal housing and integrated kickstand is road worthy for on-the-go recording. The mic is also compatible with the free ShurePlus MOTIV mobile recording app available from the app store. The MV51 ships with a 5/8" 27 mic-stand thread-mount adapter, a USB cable, and an iOS lightning cable.
