is it adjustable if it is too big?
According to Leatherman, each individual link on this bracelet is removable, with each size of the links being about 1/2 , so you can definitely customize the size.

At this point I do not see that Leatherman makes a metric version. Most manufactures do not give us advance notice as to what they will be making in the future.
