Specifically designed for fast and accurate both-eyes-open target acquisition and tracking, Newcon Optik's 1x26 HDS 3AA Red Dot Sight features a variable-intensity red aiming dot that can be easily seen in bright or low-light conditions without obstructing targets or interfering with the field of view. When used with both eyes open, there it has an unlimited field of view and eye relief, and its anti-reflection multicoated optics ensures the brightest image possible.
The HDS 3AA housing is made of a lightweight aluminum alloy with a scratch and corrosion-resistant anodized finish. It is IP67-rated to be fogproof and submersible to 3.3' for up to 30 minutes. The sight is equipped with a Picatinny/Weaver mount, a removable honeycombed anti-reflection objective filter that doesn't interfere with the lens cover, and flip-up covers for the objective and ocular lenses. Its reticle is powered using a single AA battery.
