The Lenovo H500 57327454 Desktop Computer comes with an Intel Pentium J2900 quad-core processor and 4GB of RAM so you can email, type out reports, and more. For long term storage, it is built with a 1TB hard drive that spins at 7200 rpm to quickly access the Windows 8.1 operating system as well as other programs and files stored on the drive. This desktop features an integrated Intel HD graphics that provides visual performance through the VGA port and supports 5.1 surround sound to complete the multimedia experience.

The Lenovo H500 provides other features which makes it suitable for work or home such as the gigabit Ethernet port and 802.11b/g/n Wi-Fi that let you stay connected with co-workers or friends. Furthermore, it has a 7-in-1 card reader and DVD burner as well as audio, USB 2.0, and USB 3.0 ports. Included with the Lenovo H500 desktop are a keyboard and mouse.

Quad-Core Intel Pentium Performance
This desktop features a quad-core 2.41 GHz Intel Pentium J2900 processor, with 2MB of L3 cache. With Enhanced Intel SpeedStep Technology, the maximum clock rate this processor can achieve is 2.66 GHz. Having four cores also allows the desktop to run multiple programs at the same time without slowing down the computer.
DVD Burner
Use this optical drive to back up files, images, music, and more onto CDs, and DVDs. You can also listen to music CDs, install software, and watch DVD movies.
USB 3.0
This desktop offers two USB 3.0 ports that allow data transfers up to ten times faster than USB 2.0.
Windows 8.1
The Return of the Start Button
After many requests from Windows users, the Start button makes its return in Windows 8.1. While it may not be exactly the same as its predecessor in Windows 7, the Start button has two core functions. A left click on the Start button will take you to the Windows 8.1 Start screen featuring live tiles. A right click on the Start button brings up an advanced menu where you can access the Device Manager, Control Panel, Network Options, and more.
Boot Directly to the Desktop
Windows 8.1 gives you the choice of booting to the Windows 8.1 Start screen with live tiles, or booting to the familiar desktop screen of Windows 7. Users can also boot directly into an app or app view if they choose to.
To the Cloud
With Windows 8.1, when signed in using your Microsoft account, you'll have instant access to your personal Start screen, themes, language preferences, browsing history, and browser favorites. You can also connect to services such as Microsoft Outlook, Facebook, Linkedin, Twitter, and more.
Windows Store
In the Windows Store, you can search for or browse thousands of apps. Choose from the featured apps or grab one of the most frequently downloaded apps. You can also see how other people rate apps. You can try out some apps before you buy them to make sure they are worth the price.
