The MDJ-1000 from Gemini is a cost effective and versatile multi-format audio player for professional DJs, serious enthusiasts, and nightclubs. The MDJ-1000 is designed to accommodate a USB flash drive and includes a slot-in CD player. Up to four MDJ-1000 can be linked for library sharing from a single USB flash drive and the player is compatible with MP3, AAC, WAV and AIFF audio files
The MDJ-1000 features a full-color 4.3" display with a large waveform display that allows for easy navigation through audio files and programming parameters. Its 8" touch sensitive jog wheel delivers three modes including Search / Pitch, Bend / Scratch Effect with Slip Mode and Reverse. The wheel's resistance may also be adjusted to provide the perfect feel. Additional features include four programmable Hot Cue points for instant track playback points and eight instantly selectable Auto Loop sizes plus manual loop.
The MDJ-1000 offers stereo RCA outputs and a S/PDIF digital output. The player is also a fully functional MIDI controller and a high resolution audio interface capable of playing files up to 24-bit/192 kHz. Control any of the popular DJ software titles and route audio signal through the MDJ-1000 without an external sound card.
