UNAVAILABLE. Yet, it says we can get it in 3 days. This is pretty much the worst way to keep your customers, offering CRITICAL battery modules for sale, even with 1-2 days express shipping, stating they are in stock, then after the order you learn that they are BO for weeks, if not months. I got refurbished elsewher. IT SHOULD BE STATED the real actual status of your stock...

APC has a fairly user freindly web site, however, there is no way of knowing from the site what the stock on hand may be or when it would be ready to ship.
