I bought the LPH-004 about 2.5 years ago (April 2020), and use it everyday for Zoom classes. The stand is sturdy and quite adjustable; I really like it. However, it uses a 5/16 18 bolt on a threaded knob for the height adjustment. After about a year of adjusting the height up and down about once a day, the bolt threads strip and no longer hold the stand up. QuikLok has no customer service, essentially, so far as I can tell, and ignores my emails about getting replacement parts. Fortunately, once you know the bolt type, third party knob replacements are available for a few dollars online. So, buy the stand, but go ahead and order a couple extra knobs!
This is a terrific stand. Substantial, solid. Flexible. Adaptable. Holds the laptop tightly. The little mouse tray is of questionable utility, though, just because of size -- not much room to actually move a mouse -- but I don't really care as I tend to use the trackpad instead. B&H gets dinged a star because (as others have noted) the stand is not packed for shipment. There is nothing inside the box to keep the pieces from sliding around and my box arrived with several chunks taken out of it, though the stand pieces themselves were none the worse for wear.
