The Sunwayfoto DPG-76R Universal Quick Release Plate is made from solid aluminum and is compatible with most Really Right Stuff and Arca-type clamps. The convex edge design helps prevent any shifting. This is a suitable QR plate for 70-200mm lenses and 80-200mm lenses. The plate is 2.99" (76mm) long and 1.53" (39mm) wide. The groove length is 1.69" (43mm). The use of two 1/4" screws (available separately) is recommended for the Nikon AF-S NIKKOR 70-200mm f/2.8G ED VR II lens.
