Haven't had a chance to use yet, but did test in my tripod and with my camera. The unit is very well built and seems very sturdy. Arca slot locks in tight and doesn't allow any movement.
It does the job I purchased it for

This slide isn't the quality of Really Right Stuff, but it works just fine for what I purchased it for. The reason I needed this slide was to connect it to my L Bracket when using my Nikkor 105mm Macro lens. Using the slide allows me to attach my off-camera flash holder to it since the 105mm doesn't have a lens foot.

Can I use this nodal slide with Really Right ...
Can I use this nodal slide with Really Right Stuff PG-01 Compact Pano-Gimbal Head with Lever-Release Clamp, and Leveling Base?
Yes, since both are arca-swiss compatible. However, the general consensus is that it's recommend that you use their own nodal slide due to slight variations in arca-swiss plate specifications. There is a PG-01 kit that comes with a nodal slide as well, albeit slightly shorter, here https://bhpho.to/3bNW28c

Does this slide length work OK with at 14mm with a Nikon 14-24 on a full frame? I want to make sure it isn't so long that it appears in the bottom of the frame.
Tested with a Nikon D850 with the 14-24mm f/2.8, the lens does not protrude far enough to be visible at 14mm. It's the perfect length, actually; it does stick out a hair but isn't visible in the photo.

Do you recommend the 200 or the 140 for a Sony A7III with a 16-35 2.8? thanks
I have used the 200 w/ Sony a6500 and a7IIR and different wide lenses. Have also used it for quicky macro using SONY 90mm FE.

question
How much weight can this hold? Can it easily hold a medium format camera (Pentax 645z) with a larger, heavier lens (80-160mm zoom)?
I concur.

Specifications list a "1/4x20 mounting screw". This is the female mounting screw hole for mounting to a tripod . . . correct?
The Sunwayfoto DMP-200R Multi-Purpose Rail Nodal Slide does have 1/4"-20 sockets for mounting to a tripod but also includes a 1/4"-20 mounting screw.

question
Am using Tamron 70-200mm G2 lens with Nikon D750 and Kirk L bracket.Would I be able to use this rail to get the optimal nodal point? TIA
Yes, this product would allow for the optimal nodal point with your current set up.

question
The only difference between this and the Sunwayfoto DPG-2416R Multi-Purpose Rail is that with this (DMP 200R) you don't have to remove the plate from your camera to use it, right? Your camera with its plate fits into the clamp on the Sunwayfoto plate, right?
I think that the DPG-2416R requires the addition of something like the Sunwayfoto MCP-01 Mini-Clamp Package to complete the package and allow you to use your Arca-Swiss style plate on your camera. This would be more expensive than just buying the DMP-200R.
