Good quality material and craftsmanship. Fits perfectly for the Nikon 200-500 mm F5.6. The most important thing I chose this one is the bar at the tail-end that I can loop a strap. It worked perfectly.

I'm using this lens plate on my Canon 400mm f/5.6 L lens on a Really Right Stuff BH-55 ball head with full size screw type clamp. The safety screws are narrowly longer than the ball head clamp and the dove tail fits nicely into the RRS clamp.� The plate works as intended.
