Armasight's MRF2200 Advanced Modular Range Finder is an invaluable accessory for NV and daytime scopes that takes the guess-work out of ranging, especially at long distances. A 905nm near-IR laser features a max metering range of nearly 2200 yards and displays distances in yards or meters with a flip of the selector switch. Windage and elevation dials, used with a separate 850nm boresight laser, zeros the rangefinder at 0.5mrad/click with a total range of ±35mrad. While the device can be used with any optic, an output port enables it to be plugged into compatible NVDs using an optional cable to show the range on the scope's display for simplified usability.
The housing is made of a lightweight and durable impact-resistant polymer housing that has been O-ring sealed to be waterproof. For easy mounting, the AMRF features a quick-release Picatinny/Weaver rail mount to eliminate the need to re-zero after removal and re-installation. It runs on two user-supplied CR123A batteries and features tethered emitter and battery compartment covers.
