This pair of Tera Grand Closed-Screw Type Banana Plugs features a closed-screw type design and connects to banana plug-compatible binding post terminals to provide a more secure connection than bare wire. The plugs are color-coded with a black ring on one and a red ring on the other.

These bananas are of high quality.
Contrary to what others have reported, although this seems to be a high-quality product, it didn't work for me at all. Either 16ga stranded wire is too thick, or the parts sent to me were defective. Dressing the wires over the sleeve is fussy, but doable, but I found that my 16ga zip-wire wouldn't allow the threads to engage. You can see in the attached photo that the wire-strands fold over the sleeve, but do not extend to the threads. Attaching the end was impossible since the wires made the effective sleeve diameter too large. I hope B&H finds a better supplier. NOTE: B&H customer service has been very helpful re: providing a refund. This is no reflection on B&H.
These plugs work great as a solid, non-slip connector for my stereo speakers.
These plugs are secure and reliable.
I like that the wires are totally covered with this connector. It takes a little more time to connect the wires, but once connected, you know they're well secured and protected. I definitely recommend these.
