If Lenovo determines your problem is covered by the warranty and cannot be resolved over the phone, a technician will be dispatched to arrive on site (typically the next business day). Onsite + Tech Install of CRUs (Customer Replaceable Unit Parts) broadens your coverage to include onsite technician installation of CRU parts.
