Canon and Nikon batteries are 7 dvc volts and this runs on 5 dcv. While it would be possible to build such a power adapter at this time we do not know such a device. If you need a HDMI splitter that cannot be powered, you might success with this splitter. Keep in mind that you need high quality short cables to have success with it. No, all outputs should not blink when only one device is connected. As each device is plugged in, the LED light next to it will turn on and stay on continuously.
