The ikan VH8-1 8" HDMI Monitor with HD Panel and Canon 900, Sony L, Panasonic D54 Type Battery Plates is 1/2-inch thick and weighs a 1/2-pound.The screen features 1600 x 768 resolution, which provides an aspect ratio over 2:1, which allows the monitor to fit your HD image on the screen while the unused screen area on the side used by the Heads Up Display. Yet the monitor is lightweight enough to mount to your camera.
The monitor incorporates a variety of image display tools that aid you in capturing in-focus, well-exposed images. It has four assignable function buttons for programming your most commonly used of these features. All the monitor's buttons are away from screen view, with the four assignable buttons located at the top of the back panel, and with three more not far away. These three control the monitor's menu and select between the monitor's inputs, HDMI and Composite. The monitor comes with Canon 900, Sony L, Panasonic D54, which can be swapped out for other optional battery plates.
