KumbaCam KC1002 Overview

Monitor a live feed from your GoPro or other aircraft-mounted action camera at ranges of up to 1300' line-of-sight with the Advanced FPV Monitor Kit. The kit includes a 7", 1024 x 600 resolution monitor with integrated 5.8 GHz diversity receiver, an aircraft-mounted transmitter, car and AC chargers for the monitor battery, touch-fastener for mounting, and a case to pack it all away in. On the air-end, a 950 mAh, 2S LiPo batteries for powering the transmitter is included. In some cases, the battery can alternatively power from the flight battery - the difference in battery life is usually negligible. In the case of the DJI Phantom 2, the Plug-N-Play (PNP) adapter (available separately) is required to tap into the flight battery. The transmitter batteries included will charge from the original Phantom 1 charger or another 2S LiPo charger - in either case, the charger is available separately. The video input includes a USB-mini adapter that works with the GoPro HERO3, HERO3+, and HERO4. For other camera models, a separately available adapter or custom spliced cable is required.

question

Can this work as a wireless transmitter for other cameras (specifically the GH4)?
Asked by: John M.
The connector it comes with is the Mini Connector, same for the GoPro Hero. If any camera has that same connection, you can transmit it's video to the monitor (I'd Imagine). The signal on this thing isn't the greatest, but it's also possible I have a setting wrong. It feeds whatever signal is coming from the camera, into the monitor.
