Use this VGA to HDMI Converter and Scaler from MuxLab to maintain compatibility with legacy video sources. The VGA signal can be converted to HDMI as-is with the converter, but some HDMI displays may not support the resolution of the VGA source. The built-in scaler solves the problem of incompatible resolutions.
In addition to scaling, this converter can also embed separate analog audio into the outgoing HDMI signal via a 3.5mm stereo input. The signals of either end are auto-detected so setup and configuration is easy. The firmware of the unit can be upgraded using the mini-USB port.
