The black Convi Clamp with Adjustable Handle and Hex Stud from Kupo has a load capacity of 44 lb and a ratcheted handle that allows you to reposition it for tightening and loosening in tight places. Made from lightweight aluminum alloy with stainless steel bolts, the clamp has jaws that open from 0.2 to 2" to grasp poles, pipe or other objects. A saddle (wedge) is included to create a flat surface for items like a desk, shelf or wood plank. The Convi Clamp has a hexagonal receiver that accepts many Convi accessories such as the included anti-twist brass hex stud that allows mounting of lights, cameras or accessories.

Kupo doesn't let you down with these clamps. They grip and they tighten like they are supposed to. Totally happy with them.

I have the black finish. It's all metal, rock-solid. You can crank them as tight as you want and they won't break.

What is the thread size on the bottom of this clamp?

it has 1/4 20 but I haven't had a good experience using it. The main feature is using the Hexagonal receiver which can accept various studs with 1/4 20, 3/8 -16, or 5/8 studs.
