Where are the other 3 outlets, opposite side? Where is the plug? Would it block an adjacent switch? What are the demensions?

Dimensions 4.75 x 7.75 x 1.50 Inches. There are three on each side. The plug in on the Back of unit. Utilizes both outlets.

can you use Go Green 16000TW in countries with 220 voltage?

The adapter is designed with US 3 prong plus. It would not be advisable to use it with a tip adapter.
