SCS-MPC PC Male to Hot Shoe Sync Cord (12") is rated 3.7 out of 5 by 10.
Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good in a pinch Great if you're in a pinch and need something to connect a flash to a camera via PC sync - but I wish there was a securing mechanism for the hot shoe to the camera.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect for what it does Just to be clear about what this product IS, vs what it is NOT: This adapter will allow an older camera with a PC Sync socket (like my old Minolta Autocord TLR) to adapt to flashes and radio transmitters that require a hot shoe. This product is NOT designed to sync with the existing hot shoe of a camera. For instance, I'm using this to connect my 1960's era Minolta Autocord TLR to a Phottix Ares radio trigger, allowing me to sync all of my hotshoe-equipped speedlights with my PC Sync-equipped camera. In this respect, it works flawlessly.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from good buy great for back lighting with my canon flash while using my trio for main lighting

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Works as expected I bought this adapter so I could use modern electronic (hot shoe only) flash units on vintage cameras. My only issue is minor and (somewhat expected): With a heavy flash on the adapter and the adapter mounted in the camera's accessory show, the stack wobbles a little. This is not a problem when using the tripod bushing (nice feature).

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Does just what it should I bought this to use with a Polaroid Land Camerait worked well as-is, but I modified it to work with the specialized Polaroid sync cable and it worked even better. It's certainly better than the original bulb flash.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Doesn't stay on the hot shoe Cable and connection work just fine. The problem is, it doesn't stay attached to the hot shoe with a remote on top.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from didn't work wanted to trigger a second flash which connects to the receiver via pc socket. couldnt get it to work.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from I would not buy again Performs as expected with radio slaves but does not sync with Nikon D7200 if it is in the flash shoe.
