Keep two lenses up to 4" and 7" within easy reach in the black Waist Belt with 2 Lens Cups from Portabrace. Each lens cup has a clear window, and color-coded tab for identifying lenses quickly. The cups have straps in back for attaching to the waist belt. To help support the weight of your lenses, the belt may be pulled tight with a clip and donned or removed with its quick release buckle. For added comfort and support, the waist belt features four large D-rings for attaching a user-supplied harness or accessory straps. The belt will fit users with waists measuring up to 45".

Will this hold an EF 70-200mm f/4 L IS and EF 24-105mm f/4 L IS lenses?

It can, but the cases are really flimsy. I would buy/attach different lens holders for peace of mind.

Is it possible to add an additional pouch?

Yes. I actually purchased a belt that came with 5 pouches. They connect with Velcro and can even be used on a regular belt. I use one of the pouches to carry an extra battery.
