With the Delta 3 Extended Ball Joint Clamp from Aquatica's Technical Lighting Control line, you can join together 2 ball mounts with 1" diameters. Connect a ball base on an underwater camera tray or grip handle to a lighting arm, or connect two arm sections together. Additionally, you can use the clamp to attach a strobe or video light to the end of an arm. This extended version gives you about an extra 1" of length on each side of the clamp, allowing for greater freedom of movement when using buoyancy compensation arms. The longer reach can also help when mounting a focusing light. Built to last, the unit is made from aluminum that has been hard anodized and treated with Teflon for resistance to corrosion and other wear and tear.
- Enables Connection of 2 Ball Mounts

Excellent clamps
I have a full set of Aquatica, and I am very happy with them. I recently got some float arms and I thought the regular clamps would be just fine...and they did work well. Except... The arms were cabted out when folded just enough so that I couldn't stuff my rig into a Costco freezer bag. That's a problem. I bit the bullet ( Wow, expensive, but keep thinking of the long haul) and got two longer ones and wham! The arms fold flat with no damage! Problem solved. The lesson is, regular clamps will work, but work very well? Get the long ones. You can never have enough clamps.
Great clamp
I have two floating arm on each side of my underwater camera. Its pretty heavy that I needed two on each side for neutral buoyancy. Two of my floating arms are larger than the otheres that if i used regualr ball joint clamp, it would not fold completely. But with this extended ball joint clamp, I can fold 100%. Great item!
