With enhanced display technology, the VG2847SMH 28" 16:9 LCD Monitor from ViewSonic provides sharper images along with deeper dark and brighter bright colors. With a 1920 x 1080 resolution, 3,000:1 contrast ratio, 6.5 ms (GtG) response time, and support for up to 16.7 million (true 8-bit) colors you can view all of your multimedia with enhanced clarity and reduced ghosting. ViewSonic also includes their own ViewMode settings allowing you to choose from preset viewing modes including game, movie, web, text, and mono to easily adjust display properties.
This ViewSonic display comes equipped with Flicker-Free technology and a Blue Light filter to help reduce eye fatigue when viewing for extended periods of time. Integrated Flicker-Free technology utilizes DC modulation to ensure a constant stream of direct current power to virtually eliminate flickering. The Blue Light filter gives you the ability to adjust the amount of blue light that is emitted from the screen to make viewing easier on the eyes.
Setup and configuration is simple with HDMI, DisplayPort, and VGA connectors. In addition to video connectors, you can also take advantage of the USB hub to attach peripherals such as external hard drives, thumb drives, and more. Once configured, you can tilt the display forward 5° and backward up to 37° for enhanced viewing comfort, as well as view the display from nearly any angle with enhanced horizontal and vertical viewing angles.
